Welcome to A-Plan by Volvo

The A-Plan by Volvo program is offered to active employees of select partner companies and organizations, and offers transparent, negotiation-free pricing on the purchase or lease of a new Volvo – the same pricing offered to Volvo employees.

When you purchase or lease a new Volvo using the A-Plan by Volvo program, you will also receive an A-Plan bonus on select models in addition to most other in-market Volvo incentive offers.

Eligible customers can register for the A-Plan by Volvo program by register a new account.  Customers can search for their company name or enter a partner code if it has been provided by their Human Resources or Employee Benefits department.  Employment Verification may be required through a work email address or document upload.

A Volvo PIN is required for each vehicle purchase or lease under the A-Plan by Volvo program. This Volvo PIN needs to be generated by the eligible customer for themselves or for an immediate household member.
 
After generating a Volvo PIN, you will be sent an email as confirmation containing your Volvo PIN which must be presented to a participating Volvo Car Retailer to secure the negotiation-free A-Plan pricing and available offers.

To purchase or lease a vehicle through the A-Plan by Volvo program:

1. Register an Account under your company or organization.
2. Generate a Volvo PIN towards an eligible model.
3. Visit a local participating Volvo Car retailer.
4. Present your Volvo PIN to the retailer to begin your negotiation-free buying or leasing process.

The retailer can review A-Plan by Volvo pricing and any other Volvo offers available at the time of purchase or lease

Many of Volvo’s models are eligible for purchase or lease under the A-Plan by Volvo program. A-Plan pricing is available on new vehicles only. New vehicles may be custom ordered or may be selected from the Volvo Car retailer’s inventory. For exact model eligibility, pricing and offers, register for A-Plan by Volvo.
